Olé Pistolet is a breakfast restaurant and guesthouse in the city centre of Ghent. In the breakfast restaurant you can enjoy a wide range of homemade products in a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere.

The guesthouse includes two apartments, a studio and a spacious room; the perfect place to slow down from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We give ourselves 100%, so you can enjoy your breakfast/stay!

"I absolutely loved Kristof and Ole Pistolet. He's a warm and welcoming person and the breakfast was perfection with beautiful breads, meats, cheeses, and incredibly interesting toppings and combinations. It's on a great street across from the opera with outdoor seating and a bright and comfortable space inside. It was the perfect way to start my day and so close to many attractions. I went to visit the Ghent altarpiece first thing before the crowds and then relaxed here and got city tips from Kristof who is so generous."

Once you have arrived, you can walk everywhere or just stay cozy at home and enjoy the beautiful view. The communication, arrival and departure also went very smoothly.
